CCC’s Legs softball team travelled over the hills to Rushwick CC this afternoon.

With three players making their cricketting debut - Chloe, Libbi and Fosh - Colwall won the toss and opted to field.

Jenni’s on-field leadership ensured Colwall covered the field of play, and with the fast bowlers, kept the opposition largely pinned to the crease.

Shout out to Foshi and Gem for both bowling their first ever wickets!

The second innings saw some very assured batting. Wendy, Libbi, Chloe and Lucy being particularly notable bringing it home in the last batting pairs.

The Legs clinched victory by 16 runs.
