Thanks to a superb patient partnership of 144 runs between Peter Recordon 95 101 balls 15 4’s % 1 6 & Amaan Edavalath 50 no 112 balls 6 4’s delivered a much welcomed win against local rivals Worcester Nomads . After losing the first two wickets without a run on the board it looked an up hill task indeed however some controlled mature batting took the game away from the home side. Earlier the Colwall bowlers fought extremely well at 85 for 3 a big total looked achievable however the accuracy of all the CCC bowlers reduced the home side to 118/8 with the tail wagging for the final few runs. Great to see Savvy deliver a spell of 10 overs 2 for 29 ably supported by the impressive Will Rowley 8 overs 3 for 27 , all backed up by Charlie Cresswell Sam Bradley and Rahul.
