On Friday 7th November, seventy six players and supporters answered the Chairman's Summons to the Crease to attend the 2025 CCC Annual Dinner & Dance at the The Worcestershire Golf Club. After the warm-up it was time for the main innings, a magnificent three-course meal which again, did not disappoint, expertly cooked and served by Sharon Metcalfe and her team. A game of Heads or Tails raised further funds for HeartStart Malvern, the club's charity for 2025. It was then time to honour our heroes for their outstanding performances. Tough decisions were made as there were so many worthy winners. In addition to the awards listed, the Women's Players Player of the Year was awarded to Wendy Burgess. Club caps to Lucas & Bruno Recordon, accepted by their parents Freya and Ben, Sukhaj Gill and Tom Barter. Club Ties to Tim Bownes, Andrew Waters and Rob Kendrick. The Disco (aka The Night Watchman's Shift) rounded off a very enjoyable evening.
