for our donation of £1,200 from our charity event on 12th July 2026 *
We have received a thank you letter from Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven for our donation of £1,200 in monies raised at our 6-a-side Tournament and Family Fun Day on 12th July 2026.
Colwall Cricket Club also thanks all of you for taking part, attending, donating, volunteering helping to raise this donation for such a worthy cause.
Their Charity Administrator Clare Stokes wrote:

To all at the Cricket Club, we are writing to thank you so much for your wonderful donation of £1200.00 to the Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven charity, raised via donations on your fun day in July. We are so grateful for the opportunity to work with you and spread awareness of our Charity .
Our Charity phrase is ‘everybody knows somebody’ and we know just how true this is. The money you have raised will make a real difference to breast cancer patients in our county.
The Worcestershire Breast Unit Haven is a small, local charity and we need to raise at least £300,000 a year which enables us to continue to provide emotional, physical and practical support at no cost to those who need it. We are completely independent, and therefore rely entirely on donations and fundraising – so we are only able to provide this thanks to the generous help and incredible support of our local people such as all of you, so a huge thank you.
Every penny really does count and makes a real difference. With our sincere thanks and appreciation to you all for your support.
