Apologies for the no report last week but a huge congratulations to Harry Vogt for his 98 last week, Harry could only manage 39 this week when CCC faced a strong Eastnor 2nd eleven.A total of 290 always looked challenging and that proved to be the case. All credit to the Colwall bowlers who perceived with 9 bowlers being used. Great to see a mixture of young and mature players all stepping up, Isaac Farley bowled beautifully for his 5 overs taking 1 for 5 and getting a great review for the departing batsman who was extremely complementary of this young man.with Kit buckle, Ralph Elliott 22,and Jack Milne 27 also contributing well with bat and ball the future is bright. Well batted to Paul Barnes who made a stylish 53 . Great to see Chris and Adam back in the fold & a big thank you to Wayne Hoskins (Oscar) for playing , a great member of the CLOGS, demonstrating the commitment to get the full 33 players out this week. It’s challenging at times with exams etc going on and it is clearly evident that this is the case around other local clubs.
